Colors and Shapes

Again nature has me awed.
Take a look at these wildflower color and shapes.
These were taken on our trip.
Most were in Colorado.

Look close.

A bumblebee stealing sweet nector.

My favorite.

No two are the same.

I couldn't help myself.  I had to share.
A bouquet of these in an old canning jar on my kitchen windowsill would be lovely.  Instead I will have to enjoy them this way.

What about you?  Do you have a favorite?  One of the things I like most about them is the pretty green in every pic.  It is one of my favorite colors.

I love those comumbine! They are so delicate looking, and yet they are a very hardy flower. I think my favorite is a peony, they don't last long, but they are so beautiful and old fashioned looking. Saw some pics from Colorado from Ashley, looks like you all had a wonderful time!
