The next few days you will meet the talented dealers who are to be a part of our store,
The Vintage Bricoleur.
First we have Don & Melanie of
Zelder Antiques.
The Zelders have been in the antiquing business for over 15 years. Their home shows their love for vintage, in the way they thoughtfully display their collections. Primitive pine cupboards hold beautiful ironstone, antique books, pretty quilts, and more. Even the walls of the garage hold a collection of unique and unusual signs. They have a space at The Antique Trove in Roseville, and they sell with us at the shows that we do, such as Alameda, Remnants of the Past, and Sacramento.
So, here are my favorite photos of some of their items.
Ironstone and jars in an old cupboard.
Galvanized buckets on a vintage potting bench.
Old clock and bust framed by a shabby frame.
Garden cement on a rusty metal table with tall shabby windows.
Set of old cake pans.
Little cement ducks peeking out of an old wood tool box.
Salvage architectural backing beautiful pewter and ironstone.
Pretty cards set in a divided wood box.
Sound pieces to an old organ in a old metal trashcan framed by vintage doors and beautiful mirror.
You never know what they will come up with. Often they are out as a family seeking for treasures.
Speaking of the family...
Coralie, Landon, Don, David, Melanie, Erik and Shirlie.
Please welcome the Zelders.
